Software Engineer II
Designing agentic, multi‑step orchestration so AI agents complete tasks autonomously across backend systems, and building the Python and NestJS APIs and AWS infrastructure beneath them. Also helped the company reach SOC 2 and HIPAA readiness by remediating gaps and tightening security protocols across the stack.
AI Engineer
Took SkyChat, a role‑based LLM assistant for internal teams, customers, and the public, from concept to running beta as the sole engineer. Built real‑time WhatsApp and LINE pipelines, and cut hallucinations with tool‑argument validation and tighter context windows.

Delivered AI solutions across multiple client engagements. Built a fully autonomous order‑management system wired to internal tools, so users create, track, and update orders in natural language while the agent handles execution, and designed the agentic evaluation loop that scored and improved its responses. Also shipped RAG pipelines over client documents and data formatting with AI.
